Police officers will be on site at the stadium security point for visitors to the stadium before, during and after the match. This is located at the back of the Abelbauten in the immediate area of the north stand, opposite blocks N11 and N12.

Missing persons can be reported here and lost property handed in. In addition, the stadium security office, which reopened in August 2023, has several writing and interrogation rooms so that visitors can be helped as quickly as possible while respecting their personal rights. There are also several detention cells in the stadium police station, for example to temporarily detain people who are under the influence of alcohol, are rowdy or suspected of crimes.

Cologne Police and the City of Cologne's public order office will be available daily at the contact point and will patrol the area around the cathedral from there.
